We suggest allowing 5-7 working days for delivery during this busy time to process and deliver your order. 


Interstate Christmas Cut-off (outside NSW): Friday 18th December 2020

This is our suggested cut-off for pre-Christmas delievery however, this cannot be guaranteed.

Last interstate dispatch (outside NSW) for 2020 will be Tuesday 22nd December


Last Dispatch and Last Trading Day 2020: Midday - Wednesday 23rd December 2020

Local dispatch only (Sydney Metro) or showroom pick-up before midday. 

Orders received through our website after midday will be processed

and dispatched from January 13th 2021



A freight charge will be added to all orders based on the size and weight of the order and the requested shipping address.

Sales Taxes

We are required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable GST for orders to be delivered to addresses within Australia. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state or country.

Permission to Return and to Receive Credit

We will accept return of merchandise ONLY IF IN SALEABLE CONDITION and notification is within 7 days of receipt .We will Issue Credit to your account or Credit Card in Australian dollars. For unwanted merchandise the cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise

We will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise.
