UPDATED SHOWROOM HOURS (AUGUST 2025)

We’re making a few small adjustments to our hours and processes while we navigate a temporary staff shortage.

We have made a few tweaks to help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Thanks for your understanding and patience!

• Our Sydney showroom will temporarily be operating on reduced hours, from 9:30 AM – 2:30 PM Monday to Friday

• We may not always be able to answer the phone right away. Please leave a message or email us, and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.

• With fewer hands on deck, order pick and pack may take a little longer, especially for larger orders. Please note that we may not be able to pack your showroom order on the spot

• To save time, we recommend placing orders via our website and waiting for confirmation before coming in to collect.

• Order collection from the warehouse is available from 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM Monday – Friday (via Loading Dock A)

• Our showroom has been refreshed for the festive season! We look forward to welcoming our Sydney customers to visit us and view our Christmas 2026 collections
